Tzvika is a Co-Founding Partner of 102TRUST, responsible for professional affairs, tax and compliance. Tzvika specializes in capital markets, execution of complex M&A transactions, and legislation of equity compensation. Prior to 102TRUST, Tzvika served as a leading Israeli Tax Authority Officer, heading the institution’s Capital Markets and Employee Stock Option departments. Tzvika also served as CEO at Meitav Dash Trusts and the Tax department at the Herzog, Fox & Neeman Law Offices.
Along with his role at 102TRUST, Tzvika continues to play an active role in the Israeli market, advising government agencies on new tax legislations, consulting for national banks, and serving as Chairman of the Board to Victory Supermarket Chain Ltd. (TASE: VCTR). Tzvika, Adv., CPA, holds a BA in Accounting and Economics from the University of Haifa, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
